2-401.11: (A) Except as specified in ¶ (B) of this section, an EMPLOYEE shall eat, drink, or use any form of tobacco only in designated areas where the contamination of exposed FOOD; clean EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, and LINENS; unwrapped SINGLE-SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES; or other items needing protection can not result. (B) A FOOD EMPLOYEE may drink from a closed BEVERAGE container if the container is handled to prevent contamination of: (1) The EMPLOYEE'S hands; (2) The container; and (3) Exposed FOOD; clean EQUIPMENT, UTENSILS, and LINENS; and unwrapped SINGLE-SERVICE and SINGLE-USE ARTICLES. Observed several personal drinks spread out in the kitchen area. Provide for all personal drinks be stored in one location that is separate from food and food equipment and food storage areas. Correct and maintain by next routine inspection. |

Observed paper towels and soap for the large sink in the back by the ice machine but no hand washing signage. Provide the signage and maintain by next routine inspection. |

The dishwasher was not dispensing the correct amount of sanitizer or hot enough to sanitize by heat. Provide for the dishwasher to properly sanitize dishes at the end of the cleaning cycle. Observed the following areas in need of cleaning: 1) Shelves in the walk-in cooler 2) Space between the top of the drawer cooler and prep counter by the microwave in the cook line. 3) Door gasket for the reach in freezer by the fyers. 4)Plug-in cord for the soup warmer is dusty. 5) Inside of the tray for the sugar and coffee lids by the breakfast station nook. Provide a location for the storage of all employee coats/jackets and personal items and maintain by next routine inspection. |
